Hi there Emma,

Huge thanks from all of us for yesterday's afternoon tea. It was all lovely, and very much appreciated.

The guests loved... and scoffed....everything with relish, commenting on how pretty it all looked. A particular favourite were the beef and Yorkshire, and wild mushroom, little canapes.

We the hosts are lucky enough to be left with a couple of the super cakes; they impressed even our French friends here!

I think another success was that on a very hot day we had light, delicate food.....plus of course , you and your crew had done the clever work.

Dear Emma,

I just wanted to say how absolutely delicious the food was on Sunday. I just love those Moroccan flavours and there was such variety with all the dips and salads too. You had packaged it up so thoughtfully and it was really easy to prepare. Everyone really enjoyed it and we had such a lovely party outside. And of course it was wonderful eating up leftovers (I cunningly kept a tub of ice cream back for my own indulgence!) I’ll look forward to being in touch again in the future.

Dear Emma. Thank you for your contribution in making my mother's funeral a memorable event. Sorry not to met you but as you said, Michaela was more than up to the job. The young waiter was charming. They made a good team. It must be a challenge, at times, going into strange kitchens not quite knowing what you will find. Everyone loved the food, especially the hot sausage rolls and the fancy cakes. Well pleased . Thank you and your excellent staff. Wish you well in your business

Dear Emma, Thank you so much for today. I couldn't believe how smoothly it all went! You and the team did such a good job-the right mix of efficiency without being obtrusive. The food was delicious! - I loved the canapes -especially the parma ham and figs. Lamb was tender and jus stunning. The champagne jellies refreshingly palatable. Everyone commented on the quality of food and service and to top it all you left the kitchen spotless-thank you! And then at the end, you cleared it all away so beautifully, leaving us to laze around with those who stayed on (until well after dark in some cases!), and not to have to try to stop people from washing up, or end up doing it ourselves after the last had left. We are so grateful to Emma for catering our family gathering. It was a wonderful celebration over 2 days with exquisite food so perfectly presented by Emma, and her team. The compliments are still coming in from our guests about what an amazing ‘spread’ it was. The menu suited the gathering so well, from the canapés to the desserts, and the great wine suggestions that complimented it all. The salmon en croute is still talked about it, as are two of the salads (fig and goats cheese, and Asian noodle salad- delicious!), that Emma prepared for our BBQ the next day. It was a pleasure working with Emma in deciding on a menu; her enthusiasm for her work is clearly seen in the quality of the end product. Well done Emma, you know how much we all appreciated it.
